To be flexible enough to meet deadlines so as to ensure designated work is completed. A product manager is therefore involved at every step of the way and must be flexible enough to comprise at certain areas for the team.
To handle multiple projects simultaneously therefore a multitude of work can be completed and worked on in parallel.
