Job Description

Who are we looking for? A InfoSec Engineer - Network with 4+ years of experience who has good hands on knowledge with AV solutions, preferable McAfee ePO / EPS, Vulnerability management and Endpoint encryption. He should be thorough with log analysis and security incident management. Should have worked for Organizations such as HCL, Capgemini, 63 moons, S3Tel, DRDO defense, Siemens etc. Technical Skills: • Monitor computer networks for security issues. • Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents using various log analysis tools. • Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause. • Work with other capabilities to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities. • Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard. • Stay current on IT security trends and news. • Develop company-wide best practices for IT security. • Help colleagues install security software (like AV software) and understand information security management. • Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management. • Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards. • Candidate should have McAfee EPS certification • Design, implement and maintain Anti Virus solution for complex network. • Configure AV policies on the server and apply it onto every type of clients. • Create installation package for every type of client machines. • Configure Live update process. • Checking regular synchronization and monitoring to ensure signatures are updated.. Mandatory skills – AV solution like McAfee EPS Vulnerability management using Enterprise tools such Nessus / Qualys Security Incident handling Possesses a solid working knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) to recognize appropriate aspects in the Incident, Problem and Change. Create technical documents, knowledge articles and SOP's and other deliverables. Effective inter-team communication to efficiently achieve organizational IT goals and performance benchmarks in a timely manner. Keep track of daily, weekly and monthly reports on incident and RCAs. (Must) Resolving incidents within the SLA window and having good knowledge about SLA/SLPs (Must) Good Understanding in ITIL and process (Must) • Behavioral Skills: Availability – EMEA Shift timing; 24*7 (On Call Basis for P1, P2 calls) Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills Good verbal and written communications and presentation skills demonstrate an aptitude for assimilation of new technologies and solutions. Excellent in written and verbal communication and Good customer/Client relationship management Good team player and consistence track records and team management skills. Demonstrated strong personal mastery, including ethics, interpersonal skills, and engagement in continuous learning Working with the required teams towards resolution of a specific problem Owns a specific Problem from its originating Incident until its Resolution Able to work under pressure situation. Timely & quick response to mails/ escalation from peers/Leadership Ability to work in a multi- technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause. In addition to troubleshooting skills and consulting skills, has ability to summarize prognosis and impact at practice lead level. Qualification: Any Degrees – Diploma/B.E/B.TECH/M.TECH/BSC/MCA. Certification - CEH V10 (must) MCAfee EPS certification CVA (Certified Vulnerability Assessor) [preferred] ITILv3 / 2011 Foundation (Must)
