To be able to handle countrywide operations and manage a team of over 50 people. Should understand the demographics of India and should be well versed with issues with different parts of India. Should have logistics experience in managing countrywide operations. Ability to plan ahead and foresee issues in operations. Demonstrates expertise in functional knowledge. Demonstrates functional expertise to coach/mentor peers/team members. Cost optimization and maximum utilization of resources for productivity. Comes out with new ideas for process improvements to enhance customer service as well as optimise costs. Responsible for preparation of process budget and manpower. Manages day-to-day operations of the Unit, including attendance, attrition and outages, to minimize customer impact. Required to efficiently plan and micro manage all aspects of cost and delivery to ensure 0% downtime. Accountable for the production and quality targets of the Unit. Managing the cost estimates of the process. Is able to identify problems and take decisions independently. Provides solutions to individual and organizational problems. Coordinating with the client on process related issues and updates. Manages daily performance to ensure that all Associates and Team Leads are meeting targets and timelines. Meets/exceeds service and quality levels as assigned by Management. Uphold Our Client/Company values. Identify and participate in training / developmental programs. Responsible for training of team in case of new hires. Coaches and mentors Associates & Team Leads. Optimum utilization of resource to meet productivity. Interview candidates to ensure a quality of Hire. Identify key people and mentor leaders. Conducting team reviews, submitting progress reports of the team to the Program Lead.
