Prepare solution design for various new requirement. Implement new modules as per business requirement. Carry out. Customisation of modules as per business requirement. Build custom modules with Pivotal platform. Do patch upgrade based on patches released for Pivotal. Do troubleshooting of issues raised and provide fixes for the same. Raise tickets and coordinate with Pivotal CRM support team for resolving issues. Provide guidance and groom junior Pivotal developers. Technical Skills : Around 5-8 years application development experience with at least 3 years proven experience on Pivotal CRM. Hands-on experience in implementation and/or migration projects on Pivotal CRM 6.0 or above. Good Techno/functional knowledge on Pivotal CRM and CRM domain in general. Strong Development experience using .NET technology (preferably on C#) for writing/modifying Client and Server Tasks code. Experience in customisation of multiple modules of Pivotal CRM (e.g. Sales force automation, lead management, customer service etc.). Good knowledge and experience in web services based integrations. Experience in doing patch upgrades. Hands on experience working with Microsoft SQL Server. Development experience in Crystal Reports for creating complex reports. Good communication skills.
