• To assist with the delivery of the project Programme across all Forces to reduce the project management overhead and improve the tracking of Programme deliverables and governance. Overall Project/Task description: • To coordinate Programme and Project deliverables to ensure they are accurately tracked and managed in the project Programme Plan, tracking logs and IT systems. • To ensure meeting actions are captured with an identified owner and flagged at the appropriate level (workstream, project, programme, external). • To assist in ensuring regular project status reports are completed and distributed to internal and external project stakeholders. incl. Project Review Packs. • To assist the Programme and Project managers in preparation, review and submission of project deliverables. • To manage the Change Control process coordination with to ensure change controls are logged and tracked appropriately. • To assist Programme and Project managers in ensuring invoices are raised when due for major project milestones and change controls (incl and T&M monthly billing). • To assist the Programme and Project manager in preparing milestone acceptance certificates where appropriate for major project milestones. • To assist Programme and Project managers in managing problems through to resolution, escalating proactively and formally as necessary. • To maintain accurate quality records of customer project work in the Project Document Store, sufficient to allow seamless handover to a colleague. • To continually assess the Programme Management Office Process and propose process improvements. • To promote NPS products and company professionally at all times. Mandatory skill-sets Required: • Project Management Office in IT projects. • Ms Office skills. Desirable skill-sets: • Prince 2/ PMP.
