- Should have hardware knowledge.
- Must have worked on ticketing tool, outlook (troubleshooting, OST, PST).
- Should have knowledge of basic network commands, SSID, WIFI configuration.
- Should have worked on Antivirus updation, Patch upgradation.
- Should be aware call logging process.
- Should have idea about ITIL (SLA, Incident, Service Request), Asset Management.
- Knowledge of Outlook 365, Video conferencing Devices.
- Should have knowledge about Network Printer.
