Job Description

  • Good Communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Should have strong working knowledge of computer applications. 
  • Should be highly professional and quick learner. 
  • Provide Tech Support in Software Development Life Cycle. 
  • Prepare a configuration document showing all the setting done. 
  • Interacting, studying, understanding and mapping the requirement of the client to the application. 
  • Prepare required documents and flow diagrams.
  • Updating project status to concerned persons 
  • Working on live website to check and verify the data of the customer. 
  • Working closely with Development and testing team and provide them with technical support. 
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the technical admin and support function of the client. 
  • Should be able to interact with clients as and when required. 
  • Should be able to perform internet research to find and verify the clients’ data.
  • Should have hands on Experience on MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT) 
  • Should be able to work well under pressure and meet projects deadlines.
  • Experience and knowledge of Automation would be a plus. 
  • Education: B.E./BCA/B.Sc./ MCA
