- Provide Tech Support in Software Development Life Cycle.
- Prepare a configuration document showing all the setting done.
- Interacting, studying, understanding and mapping the requirement of the client to the application.
- Prepare required documents and flow diagrams.
- Updating project status to concerned persons
- Working on live website to check and verify the data of the customer.
- Working closely with Development and testing team and provide them with technical support.
- Contributing to the smooth running of the technical admin and support function of the client.
- Should be able to interact with clients as and when required.
- Should be able to perform internet research to find and verify the clients’ data.
- Should have hands on Experience on MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
- Should be able to work well under pressure and meet projects deadlines.
- Experience and knowledge of Automation would be a plus.
- Education: B.E./BCA/B.Sc./ MCA
- B.E / B.Tech
