Job Description

Minimum of 6 years of experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Windows), operations monitoring and end user support. echnical Skills: Provide Tier III Administering Windows Server environments including configuring, troubleshooting and resolving issues for Infoblox DNS/DHCP, Windows Server and AWS environments. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2016 and 2012, Active Directory, VMware, RDS Services, DNS, Group Policy, Scaling and tuning servers, Infoblox DDI, MS System Center, NTFS permissions. Manage, support high-availability with VMWare and AWS infrastructure. Windows Server automation and upgrades in private data center and AWS, Azure Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2. 5-7+ years of experience in both enterprise Windows Server and AWS Infrastructure. Design, build, maintain workloads in private data center and AWS. Migration experience from private data center to AWS. Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM. Active Directory - group policies, permissions . Experience with Windows Failover Clustering and SQL AlwaysOn administration. Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM VMWare administration in a large clustered environment Strong Windows server troubleshooting and skills Experience with automation using SCCM, Ansible Experience managing Incident and Request tickets with ServiceNow ITSM tools. Process Skills: ITIL Certified or a strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines. Must be a Service and Customer oriented team player. Flexible, Multi tasker, self-starter, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure Perform Change Management as per the process & should have responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls 6+ years of service provider technical support of enterprise Windows environments with domains, multiple sites and centralized services 5+ years of experience implementing complex virtualization solutions using VMware vSphere with clustered storage, with high availability capabilities such as vMotion, fault tolerance and SRM. Behavioral Skills: Customer relationship development and influencing skills Resolve technical issues of projects and work as a team player. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) Good documentation skills Qualification: Any Degrees - B.E/B.TECH MCSE, MCTS, AWS/Azure
